ACUERDO DE PRIVACIDAD – LEY GENERAL DE PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS (BRASIL)

Under the terms of Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD), DELLAPLAST INDÚSTRIA DE PLÁSTICOS LTDA declares that it maintains secrecy and confidentiality regarding its customers’ data that, by virtue of the use and access to this website on the World Wide Web (internet), may be provided, either through forms or contact means originating from such access.

It establishes that all data collected for the effective operation of the mentioned website will only be used for the specific purpose to which they are intended, aiming to allow navigation and/or browsing experience, as well as the commercial purposes related to the object of the visit and the commercial aspect of the company.

For the correct and complete functioning of the website, DELLAPLAST INDÚSTRIA DE PLÁSTICOS LTDA uses Cookies, Ads, and control and performance tracking systems of the web pages, including access time, visited pages, Internet Protocol, and Internet Service Provider, in addition to others that may be necessary, all such information being included in the now-assumed privacy commitments.

All data collected during access and navigation will be stored in a confidential and secure manner, maintained for the purpose for which they were collected, until there is a customer request for unsubscription, which may be made by express request via email: lgpd@dellaplast.com.br.

It will not be considered Confidential Information of any of the parties the information that (i) is or becomes public domain, either by act or fact attributable to the client or by force of Law, public act, or Court Order.

This Privacy Agreement shall not be interpreted as prohibiting the disclosure of the collected data, whether sensitive or not, as well as of the information considered Confidential, if such disclosure is required by law or a valid decision by a court or other competent government authority.

DELLAPLAST INDÚSTRIA DE PLÁSTICOS LTDA further declares that it is in permanent adequacy and review of its digital security procedures, aiming for faithful compliance with the measures established by the LGPD, and that the data eventually collected aim for the effective connection between the company and its clients, with the filling in of the access fields representing full acceptance of this Privacy Agreement, including any future updates.

 

LGPD IMPLEMENTATION CERTIFICATE – DATA PROTECTION POLICY (BRAZIL)

In compliance with the provisions of Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD), DELLAPLAST INDÚSTRIA DE PLÁSTICOS LTDA (DELLAPLAST) declares and certifies that it has implemented and/or is in continuous review of procedures and processes regarding the Collection, Processing, and Use of data necessary for the proper performance of its corporate purpose.

The General Data Protection Law arose from the need for Brazilian entrepreneurs to adapt to new global trends in data sharing, a natural consequence of the inevitable technological progress that increasingly integrates into the daily life of social and commercial relations.

With this intense flow of information, questions naturally and obviously began to arise regarding how the data that is constantly collected for the proper functioning of such technologies and services is processed and used.

The good or bad use of such information raised concern among legislators, precisely because of the risk posed to citizens regarding undue exposure or, more seriously, the creation of invisible trade barriers that would hinder access to essential services.

In practice, the law created the need for all companies, regardless of their size, to make adjustments depending on the reality of their business, which, at the end of the implementation process, will bring more security and transparency to all involved.

Aware of this reality, DELLAPLAST reviewed all its processes to understand how each type of collected data fits into this context, both internally and externally, for the implementation of what is effectively necessary to comply with the LGPD.

The implementation of such procedures aims to ensure, as applicable, the highest possible level of security in the processing and use of data collected during commercial relationships.

To this end, a series of procedures and documents are being or have been created to bring clarity to this relationship, including Privacy Agreements, Confidentiality Terms, and adjustments to hardware and software.

Therefore, we invite all customers, representatives, business partners, suppliers, and others to become familiar with, consult, question, and suggest regarding the information provided in our LGPD implementation documents, aiming at mutual and beneficial growth for all.

DPO APPOINTMENT TERM

VERSION 01/2021

By virtue of this Appointment Term, in compliance with the provisions of Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD), DELLAPLAST INDÚSTRIA DE PLÁSTICOS LTDA appoints VITORIA JOCELI NICOLA as DPO (Data Protection Officer), as the person in charge of Information Security appointed by the controller and operator to act as the communication channel with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), clients, partners, suppliers, and others, working on the monitoring of processes, review of data security, contact with regulatory bodies, and that any external inquiries may be sent to the email: lgpd@dellaplast.com.br.
